1.Detection of grain situation
Electronic technology can be used to realize real-time monitoring, analysis, prediction and control of grain situation changes in the process of grain storage. It can also expand monitoring of grain situation, such as grain moisture, insect pests and phosphine gas concentration. Through software, the staff can grasp the food situation in a timely manner, analyze whether it is in a normal state, and take measures such as cooling or dehumidification to ensure food security.At the same time, data printing can be saved.
According to the needs and climatic conditions, ventilation should be carried out timely to reduce the temperature and moisture of grain and increase the safety of grain storage. Mechanical ventilation is a common and effective technology for grain storage. The mechanical ventilation technology of grain storage is to use the ventilation equipment to promote the gas exchange of grain in the silo, to balance grain temperature and moisture, and to prevent heating and mildew.
The phosphine circulation fumigation technology is to force the air circulation through the circulation fumigation system to make the phosphine gas evenly distributed in the steel silo, so as to achieve the effective purpose of insecticidal.
When the average grain temperature is above 25℃ and there is no resistant species, the minimum concentration of phosphate in the steel silo should be kept above 70m1/m(PPM). When the average grain temperature is below 25℃ or there are worms or resistant insect species, the minimum phosphine concentration in the grain heap should be kept above 100m1/m(PPM).
Grain cooling in steel silo is controlled by cooling to keep the temperature below 15℃(low temperature) or 20℃(quasi-low temperature) for a long time. It can keep grain fresh for a long time, avoid pest reproduction, and avoid chemical fumigation pollution, so as to realize green grain storage. Through the ventilation network into the lower layer of the grain stack, under the effect of cold negative pressure, the cold air in the movement process from bottom to top, fully absorb the heat of grain, and then the hot air is discharged out of the silo through the axial flow fan at the top of the silo.
